Someone is selling this car, and I can't help but think it'd be more cost/time effective for me to just buy this and work on it as opposed to buying a shell, swapping motor and turboing it.

I know the things probably been beat to **** but the worst that could come of it is needing to throw a junkyard motor in. What do you think is a fair offer? What potential issues would come with owning this car? Is the motor bound to grenade? Thanks for the input. I understand posting this in the Integra forums may have been more beneficial, and if that's the case if a mod could move it I'd appreciate it.

It likely has problems you'll inherit and not figure out before the car becomes a money pit.
