Rare specs doesn't mean desirable. Condition of the Works is awful.
The Nismos aren't going to sell well on a Honda site.
The TE's aren't really a great deal for a pair considering you can get a set of 16" for a few $ more. Most of us don't care about "rare" specs.
Ive been selling wheels for 15+ years, mostly Volks, Mugen, Works, Regamasters and SSR.

Ok, lets clear at first: mentioned price for 16" include re-finishing (powder coat, candy, mat, etc) at buyer option.
I think better make some exclusive set, than just coat them in original white.
Second, they are in really good used condition, except paint chips and no more, which will be nullified by re-finishing.
And last - I can give a several threads links here, where the price for te37 16x8 5x114.3 about 2k$ and they are not freshly re-finished.
btw, low offset te37 are concave, which very different visually from the high offset te37... its not all about specs
