Hello! A few months back I bought a 95' Acura Integra GSR to be my little project racecar. Figured I might benefit from signing up to some forums after I noticed the Integra subreddit was so dead.
It's got no interior panels, an expired bucket seat, and a broken driver's side door handle, but I love her. Over the next few months I'll be working on her quite a bit.
Registering her at the DMV.
I overheated the car while practicing manual back over the summer and since I haven't fixed the head gasket I have been avoiding driving her. I went to turn the car on to make sure it would still start a few days ago and it made an awful belt/pulley noise. I noticed a puddle underneath the left side of the car and so I think I may be deleting my power-steering sooner than I had hoped...
As for me, my other hobbies include web design, photography, and video gaming. I'm very new to this whole car thing and so sometimes I say really really dumb things like "intake header" so bear with me. I also have a daily driven 2010' Mini Cooper S that is even more broken than this Integra. I am a full time student with a part time job at Autozone and am the co-founder of a company called We Don't Lift that sells racecar parts and safety gear to other track enthusiasts like myself.
I would love to answer any questions you may have because in a few weeks time I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have about four thousand to ask you guys.
Welcome, and hopefully you find a lot of good info on the forum to help learn about your car, and fixing/ tracking it!
Go poke around and reply to some threads, and get to know the board a bit, it might take a few days for the forum to let you post pictures in new threads, just trying to prevent spam!

Make sure to google "integra {part} replacement" or "integra {part} repair" for whatever needs fixing because there's tons of resources online. I did a clutch replacement on a 98 LS last year with nothing but a walkthrough and a few videos I found online. Took me forever, but I did get it done.

This is how I do most of the repairs on my Mini already. I usually do quite a bit of reading/watching videos before I start on a repair since I am pretty new to cars. I've really enjoyed Eric The Car Guy's youtube channel.
Haha you say that but you haven't seen the puddles underneath the car, and it officially did not start today- so I'll have to jump it to get it to the place I'll be working on it.
oh my god your car reminds me of my integra when i bought it 2 years ago
good luck with the head gasket and that puddle lol
if you need any advice i got lots !
