hi i wanted to use a euro plate on te back of my car, i was searching and i could not find the euro housing for the plate but i found a couple of cd5 that had it i wanted to know how to do that plate swap
i have been searching and i see a couple of them over google but i can't seem to find where to buy it
Yup, you won't. You'll just have to keep an eye out on Accord forums, Cananda forums, and mainly UK. I'd get in contact with some Honda UK owners in their forums. You might get lucky there. Back in 2008, I had a guy who lives in Germany that often goes to his local junkyard. That's how he was able to get me my EDM rear fog for my CD5. I'm pretty sure he will be able to get me a EDM rear plate garnish. Wish I still had contact with him.

FWIW, UK had their own Accord Sedan, it shared similarities to the Rover 600. You would be better suited in finding CD Accord EU plate holders in France. They imported the CE Wagon and CD Coupe/Sedan from Ohio.

alright, thanks for the advice. Anything i could get is great
Don't you need the entire trunk lid to go with the EDM plate on a USDM chassis?
No. For 94/95 (like the photo above), you just swap out the license plate bezel with the EDM one. Its identical, minus the longer indent for the longer plate.
For 96/97, with the different rear end, you swap the whole bottom of the trunk out. The bezel is one piece between the taillights. The EDM one is also longer than the stock USDM one, and the chrome trim is longer as well, like so:
