Default B16A swap pushing too much fuel?

im pretty sure it is fuel since my oil and coolant levels remain normal with no abnormalities of consistency or coloration, but I believe my car is having an issue with its swap. I bought the car with the swap done to it. Has 5 speed gsr transmission as well. I got a "new" p28 ecu and wiring redone after I bought it so it would run decently. Retuned with a basic Hondata tune and since then has been pushing fuel smell majorly out exhaust. Some white smoke as well. When in idle, it bogs down from 850rpm to 400rpm when any electrical loads are added. Throws a fit when fuel pressure is at 42psi versus 36 right now. Need help

Check ECT sensor and it's wiring, you may be running rich. 94
