hi I have a Honda accord 2007. problem started when I was driving car died. mechanics said battery and starter has a problem. I changed battery and starter still car wouldn't start. I test the electrical with tester and I found short circuit. when I pulled the 40 amp back up acc relay under the hood light went off. I changed that relay but still has the same problem. car has a slow crank and wouldn't start. please anyone has the issue help me I can't afford to pay anymore thank you.
