Club between shifter and parking brake handle. Easier to remove/install and it prevents an easy defeat of the shifter mechanism on AT cars.
Autolock on brake or clutch pedal.
Ignition, fuel, starter, and/or ECU kill switch or function.
The harder/longer it is to defeat the devices, the more likely they will abandon the theft.

Mad_Mike's suggestions are great.
Another easy solution is to remove your fuel injector resistor box every time you park the car. Not sure where it's located on the CB chassis, but on the CD Accord its in the top right corner. Looks like this:

Just remove the box with the bracket, then remove the screws so the box is separated. Reinstall the bracket. Now you can unplug and take the box out without anything holding it down. The car will still turn over (the battery and starter are unaffected), but since there is no fuel, nothing happens. I live in a pretty safe area, but always take the box out any time i'm away from my car for an extended period time. I'll just keep it in my pocket, or a female friend's purse or something.
