99 accord ex i4 AT ULEV: P1457
I got the P1457 code and changed out the vent shut valve on the charcoal canister. Code came back. The TSB-01-011 (http://ww2.justanswer.com/uploads/di...ord_p01457.pdf) seems to indicate the PCM could be setting false codes. Anybody with experience? Is the dealer the only alternative?

When I had this problem 45k ago I just replaced the two-way valve, Evap bypass solenoid, and the Vent shut solenoid. Problem never came back. I have heard the Vent Shut Solenoid can short and cause issues w/ ECU and possibly fry the ECM.
