Default Need Assistance: AEM Wideband Failsafe Sensor on Haltech Sprint 500 ECU operation

I was wondering if it is safe enough to run the AEM Failsafe boost sensor as my primary map sensor? The internal map from the haltech is only for 22 psi and the one in the AEM is for 29 psi.
*OPTIONAL* 0-5V analog output for MAP; connect + analog input of data logger or EMS

That's a question for Haltech directly. What ECU specifically? You'd be adding a source of latency and error to your system. I'm not a fan of remote MAP sensors in general (In the ecu included), they should be mounted as intimately as possible to the manifold. Is there any reason why you can't run a factory style one?

With factory ecu based systems (Hondata/NeTune/etc) the answer is NO.

I am running the sprint 500 stock ecu removed, was asking, hey I have the wideband already maybe I dont have to buy the map sensor instead use the one in the wideband or just purchase an omni power 3 bar sensor, calibrate it and call it a day.

Option B (Omni), call it a day. Leave the port for the onboard ecu map open and use it as a baro reference.
