Hey, Ive got a 97 Civic Hatchback, and a while ago i switched to the 99-00 style clear signal tail lights, but recently I noticed that the lower lights on my tail lights don't work. It is the little 168/194 bulb at the bottom of the light. All of the other lights on the car work. I tried replacing the bulbs and they still don't come on.
Has anyone ever had this before?

Tomorrow i will try plugging in my old lights and see if they work
