Koyo tensioner bearing: part arriving opened and unsealed

Koyo tensioner bearing: part arriving opened and unsealed
I've placed two orders (one on Amazon, another on Ebay) for a Koyo tensioner. Both times I see that the box has arrived opened with the clear "Koyo" stickers (which seal the box flaps) broken. In the eBay case, the seller even agreed to make sure the box was sealed.
Has anyone else experienced this? Are Koyo bearings being refurbished and shipped out?

Problem with buying online, can't see what your getting until you get it.
