I have a 95' accord and am thinking of adding cruise control and am just wondering what are all the components and the process involved in doing so?

Many and quite involved......

If you really want to do this, first thing you are going to need is a good shop manual so you can understand all things involved with the factory cruise control system. Then a donor car(s) where you can begin to gather all of the parts needed.
