Default 94 GSR pilot bearing ?

When placing the pilot bearing into the flywheel, should it be slightly raised from the surrounding surface maybe 3mm?

Yes. There's a counterbored hole in the crankshaft that it sits in.

Hi guys I'm new into this page I have a question idk how to post it as new lol but well I recently replaced the head gasket and valve cover seals on my 97 GSR and I found a problem I hope you guys can help me
I noticed my secondary vtec is not kicking in I can only feel the first one that kicks in at around 4800, I don't have any check engine light on any idea what it could be?
