does any of the 4th gen civic hatchbacks come rear disk brakes?

Nope, only Rex Si 90-91...

nope but you can convert yours to a rear disc off from 90-93 Integra...a direct bolt on!

will the rex brakes fit on a 91 dx hatch, and what is need for the 90-93 transfer for the brakes?

yup but don't use the crx ebrake cable! too short use 90-93 teg
