1990 Honda accord electrical issues

Disconnect the big wire attaching to the alternator and making sure it's not touching ground in any way try to jump start it again. If it tries to start without blowing the fuse then the alternator is now blown.
The belt is either worn, loose, or has oil/grease on it.
Verify it is tight enough, do not overtighten.
Verify there is no oil/grease on the belt, use some WD-40 on the belt to help remove the oil.

Ya I forgot to put the tensioner bolt back on the bottom of the alternator so I had to redo the whole process and now it doesn't squeak anymore.
Thank you both of you guys for helping me with my problems, i'm just starting to learn mechanics so im working on my car over time. Its cheaper then going to a mechanic.
