Default H22 or H23 intake manifold swap to f22

Hey guys,
My buddy keeps telling me that swapping to the h22 intake manifold is my best, and easiest bet. I keep seeing everyone talking about the h23 manifold, im sure there is a reason to that, my buddy is pretty car savy, so im inclined to believe him, but is the h23 better flowing that the h22 or what?
thanks in advance guys (I suck at spelling so sorry in advance)

What F22 are you trying to bolt this onto, 90-93 or 94-97?

Lower intake of the H22 is not the same bolt pattern as the F22A. The H23 will work.
