Default fuel related electrical problems 94 accord

i have a 94 accord. I have been having several problems. um well my ignition turn completely i dont think has anyrhing to do with my issue but anyway. d4 was flashing i found a brokin wire near/ under main wire harness on engine the wire went into top of tranny i fixed that wire d4 problem fixed but now to my real problem sometimes i have trouble getting it to start especially right after turning it off usually takes 15-20 minutes to start again sometimes ithelps to push wires into relay sometimes i have fuel pressure sometimes not. Before the past couple days once i got it to run it would run fine just if i wasnt planning on staying put for at least 20 mins i would just leave it running. But now the past few days it will die while i am driving and seems like it is taking closer to 25-30 mins to start again. i havent had my wrenches with me when it dies so im not sure if i have fuel pressure or not.

Have you looked at the solder joints on your main relay board? This is a very common issue with this generation Accord, specially now that they are older!

There are a lot of how too threads and videos out there.
