Hey, I'm a new member here, though I'm not new to either Hondas or HT as I'm on my fourth one and have visited this site in the past for issues. My current car is a 1998 Prelude base that I got for a grand because dude needed rent for his family. The car does have its issues both mechanically and cosmetically. The car was in an accident in 2006, so the front end was replaced, but the parts are unpainted with the exception of the bumper, which was plastidipped and is now peeling. There's a crack in the body at the driver quarter panel, driver door has a crease in it (looks as if it was pryed open, but previous owner just hit a wood pole under a car port when reversing with the door open). Did I mention wiring issues for locks, fogs and a few other non engine stuff. Some wiring under the hood is not to my liking and she's dropped way too low in the rear.

engine wise, I'm having issues keeping the car running while at operating temperature. Starts and idles fine, but dies when I rev it (but revs just fine cold). Previous owner mentioned the distributor so I came here to find one and a few other things and to learn more.
