Well hello Accord Masters!

Im thinking about buying a Honda Accord 2.2 Gasoline + LPG 1990 for around 1000 bucks. (not in the states)
But heres the catch; the seller says theres electrical issues so it has to be picked up on a trailer of sorts.
Its drivable, but the car just shuts off sometimes, and to be honest; Im not into buying a brick to have in my driveway.

So I was wondering if any of you "know" what the problem could be?
Well I guess you "can't" really tell whats the problem without having the car, but I guess give me a "speculation" on what it could be and how much it'll cost?

My dad, an old accord veteran told me it could be the relay in the car, but he wasn't certain.

I just hope it isn't anything major to be honest. It is a really mint car for its age.
