Does the Skunk2 90mm Throttle Body work on the Ultra Street Intake Manifold?

I Got a Skunk 2 Ultra Manifold that I want to put a 90mm throttle body onto. However, I've checked how the throttle body fits, and it seems to stick. Any ideas?
