This is from the 2006 OM. Make sure you've done all the indicated maintenance. The MM assumes that when you reset the MM, you have done all of the called out maintenance and you will not get another reminder until the next time it's due.

I too have a 2006 Honda Pilot and have successfully reset the Oil Life display by following the process that is shown in the YouTube video listed here:

While the video was for a 2007 Pilot, it works for the 2006 Pilot also.

I am also listing the manual steps here:
1.) Start the vehicle.
2.) Push the Odometer **** several times until the Oil Life value appears.
3.) Press and hold the Odometer **** for 10 seconds and then the Oil Life value will start flashing.
4.) Once it starts flashing, release the Odometer **** (it will continue to flash).
5.) Press and hold the Odometer **** for another 5 seconds and then you will see the Oil Life value reset to 100%.
6.) Release the Odometer **** and then push the **** again several times until the Odometer value (mileage) appears again. You are Done!

Enjoy!

FondenR's procedure is spot on. I will add that the engine does not have to be running, but the ignition must be in the ON position. Another note, some models will not reset if the headlights are on. I don't remember which ones, but I always just turn them off out of habit.
