95 Accord swap
Low end of the cost spectrum is a f23 from the sixth gen accord. Mild port job on the head, heavily porting the stock f23 manifold, and bolt one with Neptune will get you 150whp.
H22 out of a Prelude would be the most logical top of the line swap. F22b1 is the top of the line 4 cylinder Honda made for the car. VTEC H22's have any where from 30-80 HP (depending in model) more than the vtec F22's. Hopefully you know you are going to have to swap more than just the motor (motor mounts/ECU/etc). Millions of H22 to Accord swaps have been done and lots of info on the net. One thing to think about is how your transmission (if you are using your current transmission) will work together with the motor. If you put a spoiler on a car that performs better at 100 miles an hour and your car tops out at 95, you won't see performance improvements. Same scenario can be had with motors/transmissions.
