Default 2001 acura immobilizer problem

Hello, I've got a 2001 Acura integra ls b18b1 manual. I've been using the obd1 ecu pr4 with a obd1 jumper as my car is obd2. I bought a p75 a05 ecu which is the ecu made for my car. when I plug it in the key ight will blink and the car will only roll over. someone said I'll need to get it programmed for my key but others say I can by pass it. I'm trying to just get it to run so what should I do. I'm willing to do about anything to make it work. Thanks for reading

I'm not an expert on this but: You got a new ECU that is a chip keyed ECU, but you don't have the matching key?
I think you are going to have to visit an Honda/Acura dealer to get a new key.
for putting in the correct ECU.

Yes I don't have the correct keys. the key works with the obd1 ecu but not the correct one for the car... so any any idea on how much that'll cost
