Does anyone know how to adjust the clutch cable, i have a problem i cant put it in gear only when the engine is not running. So i think it needs an adjustment on the clutch cable.Has anyone had a problem, like this.

 

There's a **** on the cable itself where it attaches to the transmission [bracket]. Turn the **** to tighten, you'll see the clutch lever move upward.

 

How much do i need to turn it, does it suppose to be really tight?

 

It's going to "feel" tight no matter how someone explains it with words. You can turn it a few turns at a time and try shifting with the engine running until it works.

 

 

Grab the release arm sticking out of the transmission and move it up and down. There should be some play, I like about 1/4"

 

I adjusted it already and I still can put it in gear when the engine is running. So I don't thing that's the problem, do you know what else it can be?
