this is preliminary of fixing my CRX mats.
just a rough start to see how it might look if I spent more than 20 minutes on it.

the whole idea started after my dogs both passing and I tore down the dog fence, and then mowed the area chopping up some hidden tennis *****.

followed by a quick cutting of the tennis ball felt and then some black spray paint (lots of paint the felt soaked alot) the letters are just seen pushed down, nothing glued as in the pics. This is my first thought on whether it may work or no,



I do have a new set of mats to do for better letter stencils but didnt even dig them out for this, just dug out an older mat that still have the letters on it but worn some.

Damn, that'd be cool, and it's a great idea. Maybe go to an arts & crafts store and possibly find some material that is a little tougher than the felt?
