Default 96 accord/h22a4 head on h22a block

So I'm sitting on a sleaved h22a jdm block about to ship off for machine work. And i have found an h22a4 head for a decent price. I know they will pair. But how does the wiring work out? and also if i was to use an h22a head. i assume im gonna have to be obd 1? I'm still searching this forum for my answer.

edit:
currently have the obd2 harness. rebuilt a4 head purchased aswell.

edit:
so with the combinations of parts i have, i decided to buy the p13 obd2. mainly just to get the car running the way it should be before it goes in for tuning. Then im assuming. I'm going to have to jump down to obd1... and purchase a chipped ecu. still lots more reading for me to do.... But im hoping to make this is plug and play as possible for start up. im assuming the 96 obd2 ecu for the si-vtec coupe was an h22a4. it should have no immobo. and i would assume fuel mapping should be perfect. But with me wanting to run a different crank rods and pistons to up the compression hopefully something like 12.1 i just dont know if the p13 will fire with stock mapping. and if it does im sure it would run like dog ****...
