Default New Bumper Support/Bash bar

I was having some issues with a flimsy stock bumper support so I decided it was time to put something a bit more ridged in its place.

Thanks it's 1" tubing and I have a Miller Dynasty 280DX. Side note I'm trying to sell my old Miller Syncrowave 180SD if anyone in the NJ area is looking for a machine.

I've been wanting to do this except make the 2 parallel bars slide over another tube mounted with a small bolt. In the case of a crash I'd like to retain some give where the whole support would break away and slide over other tubes for maybe a few inches of give.
