i had nitrous on there with the stock head and cams and valves and a set of je 11.1comp pistons i melted a pistons and took the nitrous and went all motor
with 12.1comp pr3 pistons ,P&P head ,crower 402 cams with crower springs and retainers and aem cam gears shifting this puppy @ 9500rpms and still making power so am happy and start spining the tires when vtec come in 1st gear

 

whats the deal with the hasport mount..cable tranny?

 

yeh with hasport cable/hydro kit
its a Y1 cable tranny
i broke 2 trannys and hydro b16 trannys are hard to come by and high as gas
so i got this tranny for 300bucks and i got the kit off thepartstrader for 75bucks and am happy with it am going to buy a s1 cable tranny next
it has the same gearing as a itr tranny from what i hear

i need to find out can i put a 4.9FD in that Y1 tranny

 

thats good to hear about that kit.. i have ben pretty skeptical about it but its good to hear good reviews about it. I figure once i break a get hydros i will switch out to cable.. ANy knoe know about the CRXGURU kit?

S1 trannys are the **** !!! I need another one since I put a hole in mine . they just suck on he freeway

 

damn you now have 2 sweet hondas DLB, my only suggestion is too get rid of that shiftknob and buy an OEM ITR titanium ****. it will look nice.
