for all you guys wanting to install sir or singlebulb headlights

 

easy but not correct way to wire them up. in order to properly wire up your h4/h4h headlights in a usdm chassis you need to add a relay.
why you ask allow me to explain.
usdm 88-91 civic/crx have 2 single filament bulbs.
jdm/edm 88-91 civic/crx have a single dual fiament bulb.
now here is why its not the proper way..on a usdm car the low beams stay on when high beams are activated. on a single bulb set up the low beams cut out when the high beams are activated. the way to make these work is to add in a relay. the realy will cut out the low beams when hight beams are actiavted.
