vibration between 40-60 mph (help)

So guess I have a bit of a difficult issue to diagnose. I had new tires mounted and balanced recently. Everything was wonderful until a valve stem started to leak on a long drive (2600 miles). I spent the night driving filling for air every 80-100 miles. It was easily the biggest pain in the ***. The roads were super smooth and I made sure the pressure never got low enough it could cause a bend. I should mention I have already checked and I cannot see or feel any bends on the rim. I had the valve stem fixed. Now when I drive between 40 mph and 60 mph I get a decent vibration. It goes away over 80-85 mph and is completely gone over 90 mph. Under 40 mph it is non existent. I replaced the tie rods inner and outer a few months back along with all the sway bushings and endlinks. Followed up with wheel balancing and an alignment. The rotors and pads have about 6000 miles since they were last replaced.
I'm really confused what could cause this... I don't want to hand the car over to the dealership (I work there so the labour rate is half which is a great deal) simply because I feel they typically just start replacing parts hoping it fixes issues and I don't want to drop thousands into this car. Figured I would ask here and see if someone has some insight.

Re-check tire balance. you may have lost a balance weight, or the tiers were not balanced properly in the first place. 94

It's about to have the tire re-balanced. I spoke to the techs at my work and they said that sounds like the symptoms of being unbalanced due to to the flat. It was fine before hand so they suspect that is the cause but it could have been something else finally just giving out. It was a 2600 mile trip so who knows.
