No no no, and no.

DON'T cheap out on your alternator OP either go to Honda and get a brand new one, junkyard, or I even believe AutoZone carries the Nippon denso.

Only get Nippon denso..... Ask me why, I got about 4 reasons.

Oh and about your obd1 issue any 94-95 del Sol VTEC, 94-95 GSR or 94-95 Ls one should do. You can even use a d series one but you have to modify the mounts.

Thank you all so so much, so the 92 93 integra obd 1 alternator won't work than? I saw that their cheaper than the 94 95 integra ones, is their a difference with pins in the plug cuz i know they are the same plug per say. We're jus tight on cash, single income parent :'(

OBD1 94 - 95 integra alternator will bolt right up and you wont have to convert the plug. or you can buy an adapter harness to go from obd1 to obd2. the integra obd1 alternator is rated at 90 amps, where as the em1 is rated at 80 amps. so thats a plus. i suggest you purchase any denso ( dealer or non) , so you should never have to do it again soon. considering its a pain in the *** to change since the half shaft has to come out.

Chino, the replacement was peanut butta cups, I pulled the alternator from the top, I didn't have to pop axles or half shafts. Only time I had to go under Neath was to loosen the bottom bolt of the alternator and disconnect the ckp sensor connector,I jus moved the harness above the alternator and a some brackets and Walla ;-)
