Hi there I'm looking to get a new car and Accord seems to be very good choice. My priority is reliability. Would you recommend any year/model as most reliable engine/transmission combo? There is plenty complaints on the internet about Accord transmissions, that's why I ask here.

Preference is automatic transmission, but I could do manual too.

 

Manual is pretty bulletproof. I'd stay sway from a CVT and any older 6 cylinder with an automatic.
