As the title says, I just joined this forum to ask some questions so I can learn about my car.

I bought a manual 1996 Accord EX (F22B1 engine if I'm right), and I like it a lot. Has about 225,000km on it.

Out of curiosity, without swapping the engine what kind of power could I squeeze out of it? What mods would I be looking at?

Also, where do you guys go for your parts? And do you have any brand suggestions for shocks/struts/springs/control arms/etc.?

I'm actually wondering what websites are best for finding parts. When I google it I see a few different places, and they all seem to have a huge variety of different brands and products available. Are there any with better reputations than others? I'm in Canada if that makes a difference.
