1985 Honda CRX Los Angeles Area Very Clean Low Mileage
For Sale - 1985 Honda CRX HF. Please read the entire ad before making contact, as to get a better understanding with the car and all the details.
A very clean, red CRX, which runs excellent and has been garaged. In February of 2015, the following work was done on it, as shown in the pics on the link. The mileage was 68,100 and today it's 68,410, as I don't drive it much. Also, recently the horn was sticking, so that was fixed, and the rear lights wouldn't turn off unless I disconnected the battery, which was fixed, too.
I have another CRX for sale, as you can see it in the pics and it's listed here as well and is an HF. The work that was done is as follows, and totals close to $2,500.
Tune up, all belts, including timing belt, oil change, crankshaft and camshaft seals, water pump, wheel cylinders for rear brakes, vacuum leak fixed, brakes and axles. The Michelin brand tires are in very good condition, too. Clean title and believe I'm the third owner and I bought it in October of 2011. Car was originally purchased at a dealership in Poway, CA, and I have original paperwork of delivery and manuals.
Flaws on body are shown in pics on the link below. Also, the stereo is not stock and it doesn't turn off when the engine is on. Of course, when the engine is off, it turns off, but while on, it doesn't, so to do so, you must simply remove the faceplate. It's a stereo that has Bluetooth, so pretty convenient. I've never tried to connect my phone, since I don't use a smart phone and don't understand much about technical things when it comes to this.
$4,700 OBO. Not interested in trades of any kind. Willing to ship, but shipping entirely responsibility of buyer and shipper must stop by here to pick up car, only after funds have cleared, though, would prefer local sale.
