Default 2007 Honda Accord wont stay running

2007 Honda Accord. 2.4 vtech with 117,000 miles. Auto transmission

The other day I was driving and my car idled down and started to sputter and eventually stalled out. THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE. The last time it happened i was able to turn it on and slipped into 1st gear and keep it at high rpms and get it home and then it ran fine. This time it would not stay running. I start it and it starts fine but as soon as it idles down to about 700rpm, it bogs down and shuts off. Or as soon as i put it in gear, it bogs down and stalls.

Any idea what could be wrong?

I'd start by checking for current/stored or pending codes.

I agree see whats going on. I had this happen to my car too and took it to a local mechanic and I think all they did was change the RPM setting

Clean the throttle body.

Do not spray cleaner directly into the TB, spray it on a rag and wipe down the inside of the TB. (make sure the key is removed from the ignition) Push the TB plate open and clean as best as possible.

Pretty common issue on K series engines.

True, and after cleaning it, you will need to do the Throttle Learning from a Honda Scanner.
