EG6 Civic VTi - Darton Mid Sleeves Temperature Problem
Hello all,
I bought a EG6 with a sleeved b16 block, but now i have many temperature problems. Always when i get high revs (2 or 3 gears) my car hits 100º C.
Im using a koyoard radiator, one original fan and other 10" auxiliar fan, OEM Honda Radiator fluid. Everytime when i run fast i turn on the two fans but its not enough, i mad a jump button.
Im using s300 v2, it dont have the same protection of v3.
i dont know what to do.

So you're car is turbo right? Where's the dump tube routed? Or the downpipe?
Usually the downpipe is too close to the radiator, and driving harder causes more exhaust heat. If you have a dump tube exiting in the exhaust, also be sure that it's dumping into the lower airstream and not directed at your radiator and/or oilpan. I've had the issue where the dump tube was too close to the radiator. After 2 laps of gingerman raceway, my temps would start going up.
Otherwise, it could be timing/tune related.
