Default heater problems

I have a 2000 Honda Accord
fan blows strong out of center console but no heat , heater coil flushed out and heater valve control removed so it's just hose to inlet of coil both hoses in and out are hot so I know water is circulating .
but fan will not blow hot guessing I have a actuator (door) not opening
buttons on control panel do not work (don't even light up ) but fuses are good CONFUSED
My question is their way to force air over heater coil ?

sounds like the switch connectors and heater cable are unplugged, poke around a bit.

Can we assume you have the "manual" HVAC controls and not the dual zone automatic controls? Meaning you have the old time **** you turn to adjust the heat/cool........

A somewhat common issue with the 6th gen Accord's is the PCB in the HVAC unit goes bad, there are some "fixes" floating around you could try. Until you can resolve that issue............

You could try unplugging the air mix motor connector, run power to the #2 terminal and ground to the #1 terminal - this put the motor/mix door to MAX heat. You can then remove the jumper wires and leave the motor unplugged.......or remove the motor and manually move the lever to max heat and then "tie it off" in that position.

I would call it "lower. right/pass center". From the pass/right floor board look up at the bottom of the center dash.
