This is associated with my previous post about the accord not starting after recharging a flat battery.

OK. I decided to roll it out of the garage to get it outside where I can move about it freely to troubleshoot it. But....of course the shifter won't come out of park without the engine running I'm finding out. Does anyone know how to bypass the shifter lockout so I can at least get it into neutral?
