Honda Accord V6 3.0L SOHC To DOHC

Hello Everyone, I have an accord sedan 2005 v6 that i want to convert and make into DOHC. Will it make it faster?
Is it worth doing?
i have a 2002 TL type S. And I wanted to know if I can take any parts from it and put it on my Accord? Please let me know thank you!
i want a sleeper with a few more kicks for its Liters to cylinder HP ratio.
I was thinking if possible to switch my accord traction control to the VSA system in the TL.
i wanted to take the cam and add it to make DOHC. and I think i can take the exhaust pipes and put it on but what else can i do to ensure more power and speed. do i tune it after or during? whatdo i need exactly? is it all possible ?

Also, I really like the transmission because of the D5 capability and I wanted to know if its a direct swap onto my accord or will it be too problematic. I really hope there is someone out there that can help me soon. because i wither have to fix up the 2002 tl S
or add all the good stuff (if in reality any) onto my accord. I would love to do it all at once so please anyones knowledgable experiences would mean a lot. Thank You!
