Default Time out your radiator before it's too late.

Six years and 90K miles ago the original Denso radiator in the '95 was not looking too good and developed a pinhole leak.
Time was not on my side that week so I opted to replace it with a locally available Spectre A1494(may also be listed as CU1494).

Last week the upper tank decided it was done and assploded all over the engine bay, nice. I had found some coolant drops on the fan shroud but thought it may have been from the radiator cap itself as its seal was not looking the best. Planned on purchasing a new cap for S&G when on the way home it blew. Yay. There were no obvious signs of leakage or external damage on the tanks. FWIW, failure of the upper tank was at the crimp seal below the radiator cap. IIRC 90-93 Accords had a reinforcement piece that could be purchased separately to aid in reinforcing the upper tank.

At how cheap a proper Denso radiator is through RockAuto, I would suggest changing your radiator out if its been over five years, or when you change your timing belt. ~$50 for piece of mind is not bad at all.
