Default More highway power for dd

Hi guys new to the former and Hondas for that matter I have recently purchased a 97 integra gs 5spd with a b18b1 and after some searching haven't really found what I'm looking for so I figured I'd join and ask. As of now my integra is bone stock but I'm looking to get more power for driving on the interstate the car does ok but I'd like a little more punch if I drop back to go around slow moving traffic I've thought about the obvious In take header and exhaust but is there more to do without going ls vtec or turbo such as cam gear tuning manifolds any help is greatly appreciated I've built many v8s but never a 4cyl so not sure how to proceed

Not much you can do with a B18B1 besides turbocharging it.

Before I GSR swapped my GS I was just going to do intake / exhaust / cams. Just some BC Stage I (Honda Challenge cams) so I wouldn't have to change any valve springs and it will just bump the mid range up slightly for getting on the highway and such.
