Default CLICKING NOISE WHEN SLOWING DOWN AND NOT PRESSING THE BREAK

my 99 cf6 accord is doing the exact same thing, the noise comes on when i let of the gas and coast, but i also heard a slite clunk when i lightly accelerate from a stop and let of the gas straight away, im hopeing its just a inner cv bearing but wont know till i get a new one
