After car warms up to operation temp the idle gets rough (the usual surge idle). While giving light throttle to hold speed of say 35 mph, it cuts out. Wideband reads ----. Give it gas to accelerate and it is fine. Only cuts when trying to hold speed.
I have cleaned the iacv and throttle body. If I try to adjust the idle via the idle screw, the screw has to be almost all the way out to not die on me. If I disconnect tps it seems to run fine. tps is testing good 0.5v - 4.5v. Coolant system is bled, no air.
Has new ignition coil, wires, and plugs.

I do not think it is the tune, just started happening recently and has been running this map for almost 2 years no problems.

Was this after the tune? I'm assuming ---- is lean, I don't know wideband you are running.. it sounds like injector cut to be honest.. what tuning software you using?

 

If it's been running fine without issues for 2 years then it's not the tune it's probably a mechanical issue. Are your wot afrs still the same? Your issue could be do to a drop in fuel pressure or injectors need cleaning. Start by checking your fuel pressure.

 

I'll definitely check the pressure. Pretty sure its not the tune. But the ignition switch went out so it will be a while before I can check it. Ratio was fine, but it does line out when it cuts out, it's an aem wideband.

 

it sounds like the tune to me, but if it ran fine for that long without changing the tune, then something is definitely up. I would start by datalogging and seeing what the ECT's and IAT's are, as well as TPS. The fact that it runs decent when you unplug the tps tells me the ecu is doing something it shouldn't, because 1) unplugging the tps should throw a cel, and 2) unplugging the tps puts it in limp mode which always richens up the delivery.
