I am ordering a pr3 and it comes with a chip program of my choice. I want a rev limiter cause i don't feel like blowing my motor. What would be the best program to get?
RPT Fuel saver rev limiter set at 9000 vtec hits at 4000
PYR rev limiter set at 8800 vtec hits at 5200
Spoon 1 limiter at 8500 vtec at 4500
Spoon 2 limiter at 8700 vtec at 5500
KS-Rom limiter at 9200 vtec at 4500
RPT limiter at 10000 vtec at 5000
JAS limiter at 9400 vtec at 4500

I would suggest Spoon 2 (5500 is a perfectly x-over). Spoon 1 is way to early.

 

Yea i know what your sayin, I chipped my friends PR3 with the Spoon 1, it bogs that motor when VTEC crosses at 4500.... I had a PYR program and that was even worse than the Spoon1. Spoon 2 with 5500 sounds good... Latez
