Are there any stickers on the inside of the wheel showing the offset

 

Those don't normally survive powder coating. That's pretty common. Consider the fact the OP received them in this condition.

 

Reason I'm asking is because both offsets aren't listed on the SSR website for the respective widths.

Depends which Type-C it is.

 

No stickers on barrels. Info was provided from previous owner from when he imported them from Japan
