obd0-obd1 oxygen sensor question

obd0-obd1 oxygen sensor question
i need to wire in my 4 wire o2 sensor i have a bosh sensor with 1-grey wire 1 black and 2 white ,the white i believe is the heater...
my pin out sheet states-
(plug D pin #14 is pho2s primary heated o2 ) (plug A pin #6 po2shtc primary o2 heater sensor control)
which wires on the o2 go to pins #14 and #6 ? and what do I do with the other two wires ,
