90 honda accord cranks wont start

Default 90 honda accord cranks wont start

So I have a 90 Honda accord with a f22a1 it will crank but won't start. Fuel pump is not kicking on. Replaced fuel pump and still doesn't start. Any ideas need to get it running since its my only vehicle

Check the PGM-FI Main Relay...
