I finally got my wideband put in and did some datalogging. Here's some screenshots. I'm assuming the spikes on the graph should not be there. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also there isnt anything being logged for hi cam
my vtec is also off and Im not sure where to fix this at

Can you post the raw data that the software creates?

 

It appears that you need Crome pro to do data logging. It is almost impossible to do EFI tuning without data logs unless you own a dyno and essentially use the dyno for logging.
