Default What springs would be best?

I have a 99 Civic ex and I was lookin to lower it. Does anyone have some in mind that would work good on some stock struts? I was looking the Eibach Sportlines and was considering buying it but I think it might be a little too low. The car is currently sitting on 16's (205/55/16). Just looking for something stiffer, about 1.5" - 1.7" inches lower, and won't rub. I heard the sportines were a little lower than advertised. 2 inches is probably the max I'll lower it. Any suggestions? Not looking to slam my car. I just want enough low to make it look slick.

Tein S-Tech are the only lowering springs I would reccomend. Ride like stock and gets the car a little lower
