Anyone know who makes a roofline spoiler for a 99-00 Civic? Carbon Fiber even?

I have seen one before, but I don't know who makes it or what material. Just for reference if you can't imagine what it would look like, Lexus makes them for the is300.

Something like that, but in Carbon fiber.

I am looking for something more along the lines of the Lexusis300 style.
